Standard Return Policy
These are Edge Memory Standard Return policies that are applicable to Edge Memory products only. We offer standard and advanced replacements. Edge Memory does not offer return for credit options. For any return for credit inquiries, please contact the vendor you purchased the product directly from.
Standard Replacement Policy
You will receive a RMA number and return instructions via email. Please follow the email instructions and ship the product back to us. When we receive the product, we will issue a replacement order to ship you a replacement as soon as possible.
Advanced Replacement Policy
Please note that this option requires you to provide us with a credit card number. However, your card WILL NOT BE CHARGED for the RMA process, unless the defective product is not returned to us.
You will receive an Advanced Replacement agreement form, which needs to be completed and returned via email. Once you submit the completed form, an Edge Memory Customer Support Representative will provide you a RMA number and ship out your replacement as soon as possible.
